Fences and screens
I make bespoke fences in a variety of styles, all designed to meet your requirements and hand-crafted from sweet chestnut.
Woven fence (continuous): split chestnut laths woven between a combination of metal and chestnut uprights (known as zales).
Post and rail fence: made from cleft sweet chestnut and comes in either two or three rail sections.
Woven fence (panelled): framing is made from cleft chestnut with mortice and tenon joints, the in-fill from woven chestnut laths.

Garden screen: The same techniques can be applied to create garden screening, creating structure to a garden design, or hiding less desirable things from view - in this case an IBC tank.
